How often are the items restocked?

Because the world of golf streetwear is constantly evolving, we rarely restock items. Often, similar versions of our popular styles may return, but always with a fresh twist.

Some items are missing from my order.

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us at info@loiseau.golf . Include a photo of all the items you received, the name of the missing item, and your order number. We will follow up with you promptly to resolve the situation.

How do I use my gift card?

The payment page includes a "gift card or discount code" field where you can enter your card code. Remember to click "apply" to ensure the code is applied to your invoice before proceeding to the next page.

How do I know if my order is ready for in-store pickup?

Please allow approximately 2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how and when to collect it.

What information do I need to collect my order?

Customers picking up their online orders in-store must have their order confirmation email and a photo ID. This ID must match the name under which the order was placed.

How do I return an item to the store?

Both items purchased online and in-store can be returned or exchanged in-store.

Items will be refunded to the original payment method. Only the products themselves and their applicable taxes are eligible for a refund. Shipping fees and clearance items are not eligible for refunds.

You have 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery to make a return or exchange.

Items must be new, unused, and have all tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.
